    Description:

    The Software Developer is responsible for learning and keeping up-to-date the company Practice Management System/ABA Data inputting web application. They will be responsible for identifying and resolving application bug errors and implementing enhanced features to the web application. As the Software Developer, you will be responsible for the security, integrity, and efficiency of the web application and SQL database. They will also need to ensure application documentation is accurate and up to date. The Software Developer will also oversee the training to ensure that the company application is used correctly and efficiently.


    Job Function/Duties

    Oversee the technical implementation of ADA Digital Services projects (website implementation, app development, testing/UAT) for ADA Marketing Department as assigned.

    Manage vendor relationships to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and that deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.

    Strong grasp of frontend technologies and platforms, such as JavaScript (jQuery, handlebar.js), HTML5, and CSS3. You must be able to translate design into code, develop a cross-browser compatible and mobile responsive (RWD) (i.e., via bootstrap framework) website from ground-up and troubleshoot/maintain existing ADA web properties.

    Identify, diagnose, and resolve any application bugs and errors.

    Design and implement improvements, updates, and revisions to the company application.

    Monitor and oversee data integrity and security within the application and database.

    Oversee training in the proper usage of the application.

    Provide weekly reports to upper management concerning the progress of any application projects.

    Create and maintain workflows with cross-functional teams to provide visibility and to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and that deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.

    Able to juggle multiple tasks/priorities while still producing quality code, raising the bar for the whole team on quality and speed within a reasonable timeframe.  Continuously keep up to date with latest web development related technologies and to be able to leverage ADA current/ existing system solutions, advise stakeholders on technical strategy through proper gap analysis to recommend further improvement/ better solutions.


    Requirements

    2 to 3 years’ experience developing and programming in a .Net Core framework, Bootstrap, T-SQL, and Microsoft C#.

    2 to 3 years’ experience with Web Services, MVC, and Entity Framework.

    Comfortable with HTML 5, CSS, Javascript, Jquery, and Json.

    Familiar with the administration of Microsoft IIS and Microsoft SQL.

    Must be able to communicate with upper management and department leads to align and identify goals and objectives.

    Must be able to travel to the California locations, if needed.

    Must be able to work independently.

    • Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures
    • Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs
    • Confer with department heads to plan advertising services and secure information on equipment and customer specifications

    • Confer with potential customers regarding software needs and advise customers on customized software packages to purchase

    • Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals
    • Create, maintain, and enter information into databases
    • Set up and manage electronic filing systems, update paperwork, and maintain documents, such as attendance records, correspondence, and other material
    • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, sales consultants, and supervisors
    • Maintain scheduling and event calendars
    • Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes and monthly expense reports
    • Arrange conference, meeting, and travel reservations for office personnel
